愛(ài)普生晶振SG7050VAN是一款LVDS輸出差分晶振,小體積尺寸采用7.0mmx5.0mmx1.6mm緊湊封裝,六腳貼片晶振。通過(guò)采用PLL技術(shù)和AT基頻晶體單元實(shí)現(xiàn)了可靠運(yùn)行,工作溫度可以在B:-20℃至+70℃/G:-40℃至+85℃的溫度內(nèi)穩(wěn)定工作,包括低溫啟動(dòng)。該器件低功耗(最高30mA),遠(yuǎn)低于0.6psRMS(12kHz至20MHz)。采用在2.5V至3.3V之間電源供電,寬頻率范圍73.5MHz至700MHz,SG7050VAN有源晶振具有出色的集成相位抖動(dòng)性能,小體積輕薄型,低電源電壓,低抖動(dòng),低功耗,低損耗,低耗能,低相位噪聲等特點(diǎn),被廣泛應(yīng)用于汽車(chē)多媒體,車(chē)身電子,lora模塊,遙控,太空設(shè)備,防盜防災(zāi)裝置,安放監(jiān)控等。
